First come, first serve policy.
Rushed fee will be charged to secure priority. The client must pay an additional 10-20 USD. (depending on the deadline)
Extra details will have an additional payment depending on the complexity.
Only additional characters of the same character will cost an additional 80% from the base price.
Minor revisions are free however, additional changes in the line art or add-ons while in the finalization/coloring process will be charged depending on the complexity.
Full or 50% of the payment must be sent first before I start working on the artwork.
If the client chooses to pay a down payment/50% it will serve as a slot reservation and a confirmed number on the waitlist. Unpaid inquiries will be less prioritized.
A 3% service charge will be included in the payment (PayPal)

I am allowed to show commissioned pieces on my art streams or art posts unless said otherwise by the client
I do not do NSFW, L2D ready art, Hateful Art, NFTs, or political art.

The numbering of the slots will be honered unless On my way! requests for priority.• I will send you a preview of the artwork in its three stages. (1) Sketch, (2) Line art, (3) Coloring process/Finalization. I will also send previews after each revision.• I usually use a 3000x3000 px canvas with 600 dpi but I can always change the dimension and resolution at the request of the client.• I will export the files in .jpeg unless the client wishes for it to be exported in a different format (.png, .bmp, .tif, .tga)• I will only send the .clip or .psd file if it's a commercial commission and if the client wishes to.
Note: All stated here are only additional terms for commercial work. The client must still abide by peachyrosewater's regular TOS
• The artwork can be used in streams, merchandise, mass production, and the client's content.• The client must pay 50% of the overall price for the commercial fee. However if the art is to be mass-produced, royalties/negotiations are to be discussed• The artwork cannot be used as an NFT, AI art feed/prompt, hate propaganda, fraudulent acts, scams, and/or political campaigns/callouts.• The client have the publishing and producing rights for the artwork however the client cannot proclaim to have made the artwork.• Credits are a must• Depending on the amount and complexity of the project/workload the client must expect that the working time might exceed the usual estimated work time frame which is 1 week - 3 months
